What is up with the negative reviews?? This place has FANTASTIC pretzels!! Legitimately handmade. The girl told me about how they perfected their raisin pretzel recipe, and all that thought and effort definitely paid off. I will absolutely be coming back.
They also have yummy smoothies and a delicious iced dirty chai latte. And the girl at the counter was so sweet! Wonderful service. Anyone who negatively reviews this place must just be expecting to be treated like royalty while simply buying a pretzel. It's a homey-feel kind of place - cute and quaint. -

I would say this coffee shop is mediocre. The coffee was pretty bland. If it wasn't for a hot day, it wouldn't have got the spot. Speaking of hot day, it was HUMID AND HOTTT, I couldn't even stand in there. It was so sticky and that poor poor worker, she was probably dying in that heat behind all of those machine and blenders with absolutely no wind draft. I would recommend getting an AC in there and closing the doors, your poor workers and customers deserve some cold air, jeez.

Definitely over priced for the quality. My daughter had a smoothie which she said tasted like pure syrup. The latte I had was nothing special. I don't think any of their baked goods are homemade. The muffins are definitely from Costco. We also ordered a cookie and a bagel. As my daughter said you can't screw up a bagel. The chocolate chip cookie had a funny taste to it. I took one bite and threw the rest away along with more than half of my daughter's smoothie. Sadly this is the only coffee shop there. We wouldn't go back.

Literally the best pretzel I've ever had. I did not expect that. Highly recommend stopping here and getting yourself one.

Terrible service. I wanted a blended mocha but my friend accidentally ordered an iced mocha. When I asked them to simply blend it, they refused. I ended up buying an entirely new drink for $4.80.
